Having paid overly expensive mobile phone bills for several years, we switched to Savintech who assured us of substantial savings, especially for our mobile phone usage abroad. They were not wrong! Our bills have practically halved since the switch and furthermore Savintech provide a great support service, with any queries or problems being acknowledged and dealt with swiftly and professionally.
I can confirm that we switched over our account from a direct one held with one of the Networks, to one under Savintech control and have been more than happy with the service thus far. As a Canadian Investment Bank with frequent overseas travellers, I found doing business direct with the Network over the past few years and my numerous dedicated account managers very frustrating indeed. Wrong price plans, outdated tariffs, changes of Account Managers, limited cover on the weekend support desk, and bolt -on’s not being applied to our overseas travellers etc. We are seeing benefits in not having to deal with the Network directly. I have used Savin for the last 4 years and their customer service, support, timescale to response and resolve any queries etc. has been first class! I am the IT Manager for a large construction based Group and as you can appreciate we have a large number of guys based on construction sites who break their phone frequently (and lose them!) so I require a swift service to replace phones and sims, bar phone lines and order new lines (either phone or 4G dongles) ASAP, all of which Savin deliver!
